I love the pick-up in Scion xB. Ride is smooth and engine is quiet. Looks small but is very roomy inside.

I retuned it after 3 weeks. Poor handling. Makes you slow down on curves.

Warning! DO not buy this car WITHOUT going on the Highway!

I just bought it few months ago and I love it so far. I am very disappointed at the on road gas mileage. The full tank will only give you 300 miles or less.

Have my 08 for two months and avg.29+ mpg. Maybe put front windows little lower. Great car and worth the money.

Traded in a HHR that got 29 mpg but couldn't pull out into rush hour traffic. The XB accelerates better, feels more stable on the highway . The build quality is incredible for a car in this price range. We are getting about 27 mpg but it's not broke-in yet [600miles]. Scion makes very good use of the interior space which makes it feel larger than it really is, while at the same time feeling very nimble and easy to maneuver. I am 60 yrs old 6' tall and have no trouble getting in or out. My only regret is not trying a 2007 XB when they redesigned. At less than $17,000 its hard to beat !

Have had my XB for going on 3 months LOVE IT !!! Had a moonroof, spoiler,fog lights,wind breaker on moonroof and front widows tinted. Got it in silver and love it doesn't show dirt and is a very sharp vehicle Plenty of room ! Would recommend it to anyone Love the 08, would have never bought the older ones, to square, like the roundness they added. Never usually get extended warrenty, but couldn't pass this one up and for the price...well worth it. Had to go out of town to find one, but worth every mile !

I just bought the '09. I was hesitating between the xD and the xB, but once i tested drive both, my choice was made: the xB is wonderful on highway. My boyfriend being very tall, he really appreciates the car which is really roomy. The gas mileage is good (i was driving a Dodge Nitro), i guess it could be better but 22/28 is the average for most of the car.
I'm short and i have no problems with mirrors.
I can also take many people in the car without them complaining. The car is full of compartements, which is pretty sweet.
I also have a big dog and the trunk is perfect!
The car is great, i LOVE IT !!!!

Wonderfully supportive front seats.
Beautiful job in maximizing interior space.
Cruise activates seamlessly; as well as Lexus.
Vertical height adjustment of front seat is a huge plus.
Enkei optional wheels a breeze to clean and air-up tires.
Paint and glass very soft; easy to nick.
Rt. driver armrest too narrow.
Needs sliding type of visors like the 4Runner; when moved to the side,
they cover less than half the window.
Glove compartment latch isn't the best; hard to latch when full,
sometimes pops down unexpectedly.
Door drink and space cubbies too short; can't hold road maps easily.
No rear floor hump is great!
Headrests nicely designed, but rear seat belts become entangled in
locking mechanisms when putting seat backs in up position.
Front driver's seat belt constantly gets twisted up when buckling up.
Optional accessories needed: mud flaps all-'round
non-lighted door sill guards all-'round
Optional floorboard and drink holder lighting should be standard.
Steering wheel controls should have better lighting.
There should be a "key in ignition" dedicated beeping sound like the
Corolla has had for years.
There should also be a "headlights on" dedicated beeping sound
made standard.
Needs HID lo beams.
Outside rearview mirrors too high, should be lowered 2-3";
vision is constantly being blocked by mirrors when turning, esp.
during left turns.

I love this car! Very, very pleased with all aspects of this vehicle. Love the whole pure pricing concept. This was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences I've ever had--did not miss the haggling one bit!

Great big car feel with little car body, have owned this car 6 months and can say I love it ,one of my favorite all time cars.Have had no problems.Many people have stoped me to ask about car.Alot of pick up and go..great car to pimpout.lots of features..
