2008 Subaru Tribeca User Reviews

- Unparalleled in winter weather, great value
- Small fuel tank, tiny 3rd row
I just drove from the Rockies to the Midwest during a winter storm that had snow, sleet, and freezing rain. We passed dozens of cars in the ditch (many of them competitors' SUVs), but not once did this car lose traction or feel unstable. Since we bought the car in September 08, I've always felt very safe, but now I know with certainty that the feeling is completely justified. Further, our fuel economy was 25mpg on the trip! I don't understand why so many 'professional' reviewers have panned the Tribeca, but I, for one, wouldn't want to be driving anything else.
