Purchased As New
I've had this little car for about 6 weeks now and could not be more pleased. I choose the crossover touring package AWD with manual 5 speed. It does get a lot of looks and the Sunlit Copper color really pops out of the crowd.
Price wise, it was great deal. I decided to retire my '97 ford explorer (with 220k miles) and went looking for an AWD car. I got my clunker money and with cash back incentives from Suzuki, drove off with this car for $13k. Hard to beat for a new car with AWD. I can't wait for some snow to fly.
The feel of this car is very good for big guys. I'm 6' and 250 lbs. The seats are much taller than my wife's Sonata. It does not feel that you are sitting on the ground or cramped in the space. For people who drive a lot, this is an important feature.
The engine could be underpowered for some but as with most imports, you need to rev it up to get into the powerband. I love the stick and this car can move right along if your not afraid to keep the RPM's up. So far gas milage is what I expected from a car with almost 3000 lb curb weight. I average about 26 miles a gallon.
Time will tell the rest of the story but as of right now I think this is a great bargain out there today. Little features like the keyless ignition, Garmin Nav, heated seats and sideview mirrors put this car
in a special class.
