First off purchase my SX4 Sport S with only 6 miles on it. I origianlly was looking at the new Kizashi but ended up with the SX4 because i couldn't afford it. Needless to say I have been impressed ever since with how much enjoyment I get out of driving it, how well the 6 speed manual shifts and great clutch feel. The car is great fun to run through all six of the gears and for people who opted for the CVT or got the 09's and earlier models...you are missing out. Everytime I hear the 150hp 2.0 liter 4 cylinder rev to about 3-5k it is so grin inducing..the stock intake sounds like a rally car only on a lower scale which is subtle but definitely noticeable sound. I average around 29 mpg in mixed driving...that is if i keep my foot out of it and shift around 2500-3000 rpm. Average closer to 24 on the highway doing 85 plus...and I've gotten up to 110mph and it still had plenty more to go(at least to 125mph as the 09 and earlier models have been tested to) For those of you looking at the Corrolla, Civic, Forte, Sentra, Jetta or other small economy car...you would be hard pressed to find a better all around package for less money...unless of course you buy a used Civic Si...which is the only car imho that can best the SX4s styling, handling and fun to drive character. The other cars just can't quite measure up. Period. But make no mistake my car does have the Sport suspension(actually lives up to it's name notjust a gimmick like it used to be on other cars) and the standard 17 inch wheels and Dunlop Sp Sport 7000 tires which help in the cars overall feel. Thanks for reading and happy shopping!
