I bought the 5.7 double cab SR5 TRD and love the torqey power and handling of the truck. The lift assist tailgate is awesome and the toyota history of reliability sold me on this truck. I came off of a Nissan but I had too many quality issues with it and will never buy another nissan. It tows my boat flawlessly and I love the 'tow/trail' feature on the transmission. Not to mention the 10,000 mile sythetic oil changes which is great! Highly recommend this full size truck over the others I tested [Ram, chevy]. Not to mention is has the top award for JD POWERS 'highest in quality' for 8 years in a row. That should tell you something~...read morehide

- Huge and comfortable cabin.

I purchased my new Tundra Crewmax SR5 about 6 weeks ago. Right after buying, we took a 1600 mile trip. The Tundra rides and handles beautifully for a large truck. It is quiet and very comfortable. The cruise control works very well at holding the preset speed. The six speed trans. is very smooth, and there is no constant shifting to keep that speed either, even in the mountains. I got the 5.7 V8, and this engine is very smooth and powerful. Acceleration is effortless, and the truck is quite fast for it's size and mass. I would definately recommend the Tundra Crewmax 5.7....read morehide
