- Awesome ride for a 4x4, drive like a luxury car
I like the easy to use 4x4 system. This SUV has lots of ground clearance but is easy to get in to.

- Great Look, long lastiing engine, reliiable car, good off road
- kind of expensive (but worth it), not so hot fuel economy (but it's an SUV), interior trim
This is my second 4Runner, I absolutely love the car. In between my 4Runners I had a SAAB 9-5 wagon. I was so happy to get back into the 4Runner. It has moderate space (since it's a middle size SUV). My biggest complainit is that they changed the trim iniside. The limited version used to have a wood veneer on the center console. Now it's the plasticy silver stuff with dots on it. I guess they had to differentiate between the 4Runner limited and the Lexus version. However, if that's my biggest problem, it's not that bad. I love my 4Runner and it's much less rattly than the first one I had, it seems that Toyota has finally gotten that under control, since my first car was a corrola and that had the same problem....read morehide

- great ride,
I've slept in this truck, help friends moved, drove all over the U.S. the ride was the performance were great. I drove other trucks, but the 4Runner is the best. It has that rough look of an offroad truck, as well as a slick look of a luxury model. a must buy.

- Great mileage, for an SUV!! Quiet ride, plenty of power, great stereo, turns heads everywhere!!
- No third row seating, power windows & locks controls badly postioned. Front cup holder sucks!!
A little pricey for what you actually get. The MPG is surprisingly good (for an SUV) and the power is outstanding in the 6 cylinder model. Towing capacity is excellent!! Rides better than the Honda Pilot, Ford Escape & Explorer, the GM midsize SUV clones, and the Dodge Durango (terrible MPG!!).
Overall, a very comfortable, stylish & well made vehicle. Cudos to Toyota!!...read morehide
