- Good Hwy Fuel, Storage areas, comfy ride, no body lean
- so so In-city fuel. 10 sec. computer update, side airbags
Bought the car. V-8 Sports. Merging onto Hwy is a smooth transition. Powerful pull. If you are willing to set the cruise at 72 MPH, you will be surprised to get a 25~26 hwy mpg. Combined driving gets about 18 MPG. This is my first 4 Runners. I enjoy the ride. I wish the computer doesnt have a 10 sec. lag. The onboard computer updates MPG, MPH every 10 sec.
RE: safety: I wish 4 runner comes side airbags standard. I love the traction control and VSC. Drove thru the rain 3 days ago and the traction control kicked when hit the deep water puddles on the hwy.
RE: look: Sharp looking facscia. Nice design. No dull looks anywhere.
The headlights are great. Beam up sharply. light up extremely well. Considered Pilot, M class and Pathfinder. This is the winner. the best for your money....read morehide

- 06 4Runner was worth the waite, I traded my H-accord, No regrets. good fuel economy.
- Need more leg room on drivers side for left foot comfort.
I traded my 02-Honda Accord for the 06 4Runner 3months ago, and I am still loving it. I think the 4Runner was a little pricy, but it is worth it. I know I will keep this car for a long time. The V8 engine is swift on highway drive. Rugged when going uphill.
Nissan pathfinder can't even come close to this 06 Runner. The runner is stylish in its class and drives smooth, and easy to handle. This is my first time driving a SUV, and my 4Runner was surprisingly easy to handle.
Thank you Atlanta Toyota Dealership!!!!...read morehide
