Purchased As New
I own a 2007 SR5 2W drive 4 Runner that has 151,000 miles on it. I bought the car new. We have driven all over the U.S. and Canada, and we have only had 1 repair, which was a left front wheel bearing. The front brake pads were replaced at 100,000 and the rear pads are original. We get 20 mpg in the city and 23.5 mpg on the highway. We just returned from a 2,500 mile trip to the east coast and we averaged 22.3 mph for the entire trip (that's highway and city). I use Mobile 1 oil and change the oil every 12,000 miles. The car does not use a drop of oil that can be measured on the dip stick. The engine in this car has excellent giddy-up.
I really don't have any negative about the car. I will definitely think about replacing it after 2- 300,000 miles. I have owned over 20 cars that include Cadillacs, Buick, XJ-6, VW, Oldsmoble, Ford, and Camary. This is the best I have ever owned..
