Purchased As New
Owned an 2001 Limited and 2007 Limited, both purchased new. I ordered the 2007 with everything. Car was great until it hit about 45,000. At that point the drains for the moon roof became disconnected and leaked water onto the carpet. By the time the problem was discovered there was mould. To Toyota's credit they took care of everything under warranty even though it was technically out due to mileage. Over a series of months Toyota replaced the carpet, the padding, the coating that was applied to the floor pan. Getting rid of the smell took some more trips to the dealer. Along the way it turned out that the air conditioning drain was plugged up and leaking onto the carpet as well. Up until this experience I was a Toyota fan.
