- Pros
- it looks nice and has room for back seat people
- Cons
- window moldings are way too wide, gps is garbage, both visors now have broken, trunk space a bit small
Purchased As New
I wouldn't purchase another one. Gas mileage isn't that great-uses mostly the gas-not the electric. Terrible blockage from the windows-especially the front because moldings are too wide. Cannot hear the turn signals. GPS IS CRAP and I spent 2,000.00 to have one so I didn't get lost- It DOESN'T find anything!!! NO SUCH ADDRESS is about all it knows!!!!!. Visors have both broken-and yet I rarely drive and rarely have someone in passenger side!!!. There is much more.....read morehide

- Pros
- I'm getting between 38 to 42 miles per gallon on regular gas.
- Cons
- Trunk space is limited because of the battery but it is still adequate
Purchased As New
I considered buying a Lexus but when I compared the features of both cars I found I got the same amenities, better gas mileage, and use regular gas which saves me about $ 6.00 per fill up. I've always loved the styling on the new Camry so when I was able to buy the car for $29000 out the door, I jumped on the deal. Driving in Los Angeles is terrible. The traffic is always moving very slowly. The Camry loves the low speed and mainly uses the electric motor which means "no gas being burned". Sometimes my average mile indicator on the dash board tells me I'm getting 99 mpg. I have nothing negative to say about the car. It's very comfortable, drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on one tank of gas....read morehide

- Pros
- Very modern car, fuel economy, ride, saving $$ at the gas pump
- Cons
- Yes the truck is a bit small
Purchased As New
So I had a 2009 Chevy Avalanche and was tired of spending so much money on gas. It was a big step going from a large truck to the camry hybrid but I am very pleased. This car has great features and is fun to drive. I figured it out and I will save over $2,000 a year in gas!! So I was not sure what to expect with a Hybrid but I must say it is a great car and we are getting 35+ miles per gallon average.
The interior is very nice and the car handles well.
Thinking about a Hybrid?? If so I would pick this one....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Clean interior, smooth ride, roomy interior space
- Cons
- Seat belt retraction can hang up at times making it hard to put on.

I have had my 2011 fully loaded Camry for about three months and have been getting around 38 miles a gallon which is very good. I looked at the Lexus E350 and feel I got the same car for $10K less. The voice command is a little clunky in that you have to wait as it goes thru it's menu which does delay things a little but overall it works fine. My hands free phone sync works well too...solid car for $30K....read morehide

Was this review helpful to you?
- Pros
- good fuel economy, comfortable ride and good maintainability
- Cons
- Because it is a hybrid the trunk space is limited, electric motor not powerful enough
Purchased As Used
I buy a new Toyota sedan or station wagon every 15 years and a new Toyota truck at the same intervals. I have done this since 1967 and have never beed disappointed. If you maintain a Toyota at factory specified intervals it is reliable transportation and if you maintain the looks of the car at the end of the 15 years the car looks new....read morehide

Was this review helpful to you?
- Pros
- good mpg, smooth, reliable, quick, good performance
- Cons
- needs better seats, for hybrid and price, could use more electric power
Purchased As New
I use this car for a car service company, it gets beaten 24/7, in 2yrs we have accumulated 100,000 miles, and no problems, still going strong. It handles great, very safe, great brakes, nice stereo system, great in snow and rain with its traction control. Ignore any negative reviews, this car is a good choice among many. I recommend this car, but there are also other good choices like the ford fusion hybrid, another great car...read morehide

- Pros
- Excellent car overall. Hybrid system is great
- Cons
- Some Rattles in the dash
Purchased As New
I own a 2007 with 75K miles and it is a great car. The hybrid system works perfectly and in mixed driving the mileage is the original, before the new standards were issued, EPA numbers of 36 and 40 for 38 mixed. The power train is great with the CVT transmission. The comfort and power and mileage that is achieved in this car for its class is very satisfying. The technology needs to be standard on many cars.
There is a rattle or 2 in the dash that can be a bit annoying at times but not a huge factor. The trunk is smaller than the non hybrid models but there is still plenty of room.
I have no idea what some of the reviews on this site are referring too when they rate it so low.
This my 3rd Toyota and second Camry and I plan on buying another one to replace my 1999 Camry that has 140K and still running great.
If you are looking for a solid nice and powerful midsized car that gets great mileage give the Camry Hybrid a test ride or even a weekend drive if you can get the dealer to do. You will be sold.
Thank you. Bob...read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- quiet, great millage, peppy for a hybrid
- Cons
- the trunk is a bit small

I have compared 2011Camry Hybrid with other hybrids -- the Camry is outstanding -- my wife owns a 2011 Honda Civic Hybrid - not taking into account the obvious (size) the Camry goes from 0 to 60 in 8.4 verses 13.2 for the Civic. Also the Camry has some other conveniences the Civic does not - automatic on/off head lights for example. do your home work and i believe you will agree with me that the Camry Hybrid is a outstanding car at a outstanding price
i would recommend getting the up-grade package that includes the blue tooth, 6 disc CD player, spoke alloy wheels - among other things....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Excellent Quality, Value & Gas Mileage
- Cons
- Interior seating is not nearly as comfortaable as some of their competitors

2010 Camry LE with 78,000 miles that has never had less than 30 mpg. No maintenance problems or expensive repairs that I have experienced on most of the GM vehicles owned over the past ten years. Definitely going to buy another Toyota.
