- Great fuel economy, handling, cornering, comfortable, reliable
- interior parts are plastic
Purchased As New
If the interior wasn't mostly plastic I would have given the camry 5 stars. Otherwise no complaints here.
We purchased The 2010 Camry LE with blutooth and a sunroof in 2009 and we can't be any happier with it. It gets great gas mileage on the highways, picks up speed very quickly when wanted, stops nicely. Going around corners is not a problem what so ever, and I expected that there would have been due to the larger size. I owned a Jetta previously and the cornering is comparable. The seating on the interior is very comfortable and there is plenty of room. We fit three car seats in the back seat and three strollers in the trunk- with room to spare!
The only downside is the interior plastic. Not a big deal because it does not take away from the safety of the car but it takes away from the sturdiness and the look of the interior. We haven't experienced any problems as described by others (rattling, problems with glove compartment, noise) except for the scratches on the plastic. They are impossible to get rid of once there but minimally visible.
This car runs like new at 13000 miles. I just get the normal oil change every 6 months/5000 miles. It is so quiet even with the sunroof, it is a must buy!
