2012 Toyota Camry User Reviews
- $16,307 - $22,318

- Fuel Economy, Interior room, trunk room, decent handling, reliability, name, value
- Slightly firm suspension, GPS/phone lock out when car is moving, seat material, engine power
Purchased As New
The new Camry is a nice car that gives great fuel economy at least on the 4-cyl. It is nicely built, with nice looks and the car rides/handles well, although I sometimes feel that the suspension is a bit firm. But I like the overall sporty feel. Steering is a bit light however.
Interior could have been better finished with the non-leather version. Cheap vinyl type seat finishes abound. Dashboard finish, button and knobs are adequate and on par with other cars.
The GPS (Entune) system will not let you enter destinations or dial the phone when the car is in motion which is understandable as it may be distracting, but that safety feature excludes the passenger also from operating the GPS which is frustrating. I think they should have left that decision to the driver.
Reliability I expect should be great, as is value. Overall, I am happy with the car and should serve for a long time.
