- Awesome 4x4, Lots of power, Reliable proven powertrain.
- Some blind spots when backing with a trailer.
Purchased As Used
Nothing can stop my FJ 4wd. went through 20 inches of snow in only 4wd high with no problems at all. Functions great as a normal SUV also. Good MPG and lots of power. Awesome factory stereo with sub woofer. I expect another 200k miles on my 2007 FJ with the 4.0 engine. Great shocks as mine has the Bilstien shocks.
The bad: Blind spots because of the pillars, a little hard to get in the rear seat. Rear passenger windows do not roll down and are fixed. These are the only "bad" that I can think of my FJ.
Overall I give my FJ a 9.8 out of 10 in quality. I give it a 10 out of 10 for its offroad 4WD abilities, and a 9 out of 10 for it just being a grocery getter SUV.
