Love our '07 FJ Cruiser. Contrary to some critics, the visibility is not a constraint. Average driver with normal physical ability will quickly finds that the left and right large side mirrors, the rear view mirror are all well placed for spatial judgement. Quick glance through the side and the back window enables the brain to make safe decision whether it is parking, pulling out of a parking space or other traffic situations that may arise. - Great for off-road and has good pick up.
- Dash board sits on my knees, child has no window to look out of it is too far foward and stationary.

Nice looking vehicle with all the bells and whistles on the outside, but lacking on the inside. Knobs are huge and interior is lacking. The glove box comes down very low and I have to move the seat to the last position back to ride comfortable. No one would have any leg room in the back seat with the front one all the way back. The back window does not roll down it is stationary and is way to far foward. If you have a child in a car seat they will not be able to see out of the window at all. You have to lean way foward to see out of the rear window. It does have good pick up and is great in snow and off road....read morehide

This is my 7th L/C sedan. '66,'79,'81,'82,'85,'92, Not as good as earlier years. Bad steering wheel position, rear wiper arm gets hung up with snow, front whipers take a beaten, paint chips if you look at it funny, factory tires useless in snow and mud, front castor angle off making it terrible in the wind and on light snow and the easiest fix of all is the horn! They took the legendary L/C horn tone out for a cheap economy sound! Last 92 had 333,000 miles on it. This one(07) has 104,000 right now. I drive my Toyotas! Maybe the people at Toyota will get the message....read morehide
