2006 Toyota Land Cruiser User Reviews
- No trim specified for this review
- Still believe it is a well crafted vehicle
- The cons becom more noticable after ownership...mainly creature comforts...
Now that I have owned it for a few months I wanted to provide and update. A couple of these I was aware of when I purchased the vehicle but others could only be identified after ownership...
Although I am still pleased with the Land Cruiser, I am somewhat disappointed in the lack of features one would come to expect in a $60K luxury SUV. Including... no memory seat, no high intensity headlights, JBL sound system is mediocre at best, interior lighting poor, climate control system struggles to maintain temp (which makes the dual climate control necessary but unavailable), no fold in mirrors, no rain sensor or "one-touch" intermittent wiper feature, no third row heater vent, heated seats have no heat in back and lumbar section, road noise from back wheel wells especially in rain, poor road holding in wind at highway speeds....
