MPG is typical for a 380 hp V8, SUV. Not sure why anyone would purchase this vehicle if they were looking to save on gas. My MPG based on the trip computer between fill-ups is: Averaging 16 mpg mainly city driving. Averaging 18 mpg highway. Anyone who is getting 9 mpg must drive with a heavy foot. Purchased this mainly for reliability and dealer network in Arizona. After owning Range Rover Supercharged, I never wanted to deal with air suspension again and $1400 brake jobs, plus only 1 dealer in Phoenix. Which is a long way to tow if I'm in the Mogollon Rim or the White Mountains. The interior is acceptable since we go camping a lot. The solid build and the desire to own this car for 10 years or more was why I purchased this. Voice Nav. better than Land Rover. Overall, very pleased....read morehide

- unavailable in less thirsty turbo diesel as in foreign markets; hard to obtain JDM outfitings

When playing on the rocks the slightly modded 200 series did very well. Cruiserheads will be glad to know the new deal still maintains its legendary off road capabilities. Still the best suv on the market!
Review falls short on performance due to mileage and having to adjust to the traction controls on the rocks. Short on value cause toyota usa only gives us the pimp model and its pricey...read morehide
