I had this for 8 months and was in the shop 9 times. The dealer is living on the perceived quality of TOYOTA and was unable to repair the suspension noise, metal on metal sounds like a bump stop bushing is gone. There are other things that are wrong with this TOYOTA. The handling is so non responsive on this thing it is down right scary when you try to push it just a little. You get absolutely no road feedback when driving this thing. That might be ok when going to the local Jewel on a nice sunny day, but when there is hail, water, ice, snow, sand on the roads you had better make sure that you can find the P on the gear selector. I traded this in on a new Yukon last month. I love the YUKON. It actually gets noticeably better fuel mileage than the Toyota, it rides better and great road response. All I can say is" I have purchased my LAST TOYOTA" From the attitude of my dealer and there new building to the pure lack of quality that is built into the TOYOTA brand. Good luck to you TOYOTA, your going to need it.
