Don't listen to these hillybilly hicks complain about asian cars. If that guy had done his homework, he'd have known these SUV's are built in Indiana in the u.s. this SuV is cheap to service and is easy to repair. Its strong, quick and highly reliable.
Ive owned dodges, fords and chevy's, toyota sequoia beats them all hands down. Way worth the price tag in the long run....read morehide

I can't believe people still buy this Asian junk. People who whine about the economy, but go ahead and buy these ugly sh*t boxes. 5.3 million recalls, and you bastards still buy from Toyota? Just because some of their cars are put together in the states doesn't mean jack shit. When Toyota sells one of their cars, their money goes to Japan. Duh, some of it goes to the plant, but if you buy from an American car company, all of it will come here. Support your country, traitors...read morehide

I love my car! We are a new family and I wanted something to go with this new beginning, but I really did not want a minivan. I'll be honest I originally was looking at Chevy Tahoes, but who doesn't have one of those. I wanted something just for me and I found it. Comparably to all the other SUV's out there that I test drove before I made this purchase, this was hands down my favorite. It is extremely comfortable, drives and handles beautifully, has lots of power (I was used to driving a Mustang GT for years and I like my power), it feels durable and I feel like everyone is safe in this car. It also tows the boat like nothing...with the exception that you can almost hear the gas draining from the car, but we don't go out that often and the lake isn't too far away. And the room...oh my gosh the room in this car is amazing, there is a lot of storage space, hidden and in plain sight, the leg room is amazing and we are tall people. Also the parking on this car is great. I am always out running errands and this large SUV can park so easily, I love hearing my husband rave about how he can make such tight turns in this when he drives (because he normally has a very large truck), there is no backing up and trying again. We also purchased this with a sprayed on coat of seat protectant since it's the SR-5 and it's cloth and not leather and that stuff was a dream come true especially with kids! NO STAINS, EVER! Everyone at the Toyota dealership was so friendly and I have to say I think I got an amazing deal on this car and on the trade in value of my previous car. The only thing I would change (besides the mileage because it's not the best, but it is an SUV) is more of a personal choice, it's not my favorite color, silver, and I can't seem to get away from silver cars but who cares when I love everything else and it's not like the color is ugly, I just wanted something other than silver for a change. Maybe in the future when my warranty is up I can do a little tweaking and really make this car my style but for now it's perfect just the way it is. I'd love to see this handed down to the kids someday....read morehide
