- Smooth comfortable ride with lots of room for a growing family.
- Need a little bit more power.
If you have kids, this is the IT vehicle! Everyone in my family LOVES this van. Plenty of room for a baby car seat and all her toys and stroller.

- Excellent handling! Very comfortable! So quiet and almost no engine noise! Excellent sound system!
An excellent example of a family van. Very comfortable, quiet, and economical ($35-50 a week). No problems and it has 4,150 miles on it. Runs just like when I bought it 3 mos. ago. I recommend it!

- great pick-up and handles well, lots of room and extras
- horrible gas mileage 11 city 14 hwy
I absolutley love my van the only problem is the MPG. The advertisement says 19-24mpg we we are consistantly getting 11-14 and the service guy says that it is because of my driving and the Ethanol in the gas. Ahh fooey.

- Comfort, DVD system, smooth ride
- Gas mileage+large tank=high cost for gas, dirt/crumbs/toys lodge in seat rails in floor
We got our 2006 Sienna in December 2006 from Soutter's Toyota in Barstow, CA. It is a really smooth ride, I don't usually feel the bumps in the roads - and we had a lot of bumps on Fort Irwin Road.
I love being higher up and able to see over smaller cars. The seats are very comfortable and we had enough room to fit a large pet carrier with a cat and litter box, a dog, our 4-year-old son, 2 adults, and all of our immediate needs inside when we moved across the country in July.
We got the 6 CD changer and DVD entertainment system packet. Those options were awesome when we moved from CA to OH. Our 4-year-old can sit there and watch DVDs and be totally happy with life. Another great feature is the AUX input and electrical plug. When we moved across country, we bought a Playstation 2 and had it hooked up for our son to play with while we drove. I never heard "are we there yet."
One bad thing about this van is that in the floor where the seat hook in, you can get small toys, crumbs, and dirt lodged under the surface of the floor that is difficult to remove. You have to take the seat out and lift up the cover in order to fully vaccuum the dirt and stuff out.
The other bad thing is that when the gas prices were $3.20+ we were shelling out over $60 to fill the tank. Thank God, prices are coming down now and we are paying between $30-$40 for a tank of gas.
Last thing, very minor - I have to duck a little to read the speedometer....read morehide

- good fuel economy,quiet ride,short turning circle,relibility,comfort,storage
- hard to work on,tiny spare tire, dash gearshift location huge windshield
In order to change spark plugs you must unbolt the engine and roll it foreward, dealer charge for this in 2005 was $189. Performing any routine service work on it is difficult. The small spare tire (which allows for disappearing rear seats) is ridiculous. The disappearing seats are nice. The difficulty of removing spark plugs would prevent me from buying another one. The front seats should recline to a flat position, but they are very comfortable for driving. 16 inch tires are expensive to buy. 15 inch would be better....read morehide

- Nice ride! elegant, confortable in the inside, a lot of cargo and storage space.
- For small people the radio controls are a litle too far away.
Overall i'm very satisfied with this car, good acceleration and a powerfull engine for a minivan, i like the air condition sistem, you can control the front while the passengers can control theirs. it have a lot of cupholders, that's convinient, believe me!

- Roomy, confortable ride, good features standard
- Gas milage horrible, not what is advertised, about half. Will turn in as a Lemon and get a Honda.
Noticed early that car rolls backward on slight incline when at a stop sign. Gas milage half of that advertised. Transmission or torque converter not functing properly. Going down the road the transmission disengages then suddenly grabs. Have complained to dealership, taken it in twice - they do nothing and just give it back to me essentially telling me that I will just have to live with it.
Having been stopping at the same places in my neighborhood for nearly 25 years with at least a dozen automobiles with automatic transmissions of various makes and models including a Toyota Camry (which is the best car I have ever owned) and have never encountered this problem before.
Expected much better from Toyota - hopefully they will find a way to correct this and I will be able to retract this review....read morehide
