- Pros
- Comfort, sliding doors & second row seats, power, roomy of, can shift yourself
- Cons
- Tight fit in garage, can't open hatch in garage, 2nd row car seaters can't reach cup holders

Big, comfortable, family+ hauler. Nice how easy it is to slide in and out of the drivers seat. Love the power sliding doors, sliding second row seats and back up camera. It's nice to be able to shift yourself, especially going down hills. After 800 miles, gas mileage has been as advertised for local driving, 17/18 ( have not been on a highway trip yet). Like the comfort of the cloth seats. Wish the LE had power third row vent windows.
I was leaning towards a Honda Odyssey, but I am real happy with the Sienna so far. The Sienna seemed quieter, more reliable, and better looking, for a man anyway. The Sienna was a better value too. Mine is Red with the Chrome lower door moldings. Nice !...read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- comfortable, good handling and quite peppy
- Cons
- poor gas mileage, paint is not very tough, low ground clearance
Purchased As New
The Sienna SE drives very well, and is quite comfortable. Gas mileage is a problem, not as good as my old Honda Odyssey. Paint chips very easily, and ground clearance is a problem with parking lot curbs. Rear doors open very wide and offer easy access. No storage like Odyssey which I miss.

- Pros
- strong and powerful, comfortable, sliding seats, A lot of leg room
- Cons
- Plastics interior doens't match with exterior
Purchased As New
Excellent designed minivan, However, MPG was a bit disappointed. fuel economy averaged 16.5 city/23.0 hwy with over 1000 miles driven.
Purchased with Navigation system. The screen is petty good size and all the functions are very easy to use. Back up camera is shown on the the Navigation system screen. If the Navigation system screen can flex flip 7-10 degree toward the driver side, it can help read direction/information much faster and clear.
Overall, good deal to buy...read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Good power, comfortable, sliding seats
- Cons
- Cheap interior plastics
Purchased As New
Plenty of space on the base model since there are no floor console. Very usefull when the baby is crying since my wife can move to the 2nd row easily. Power is adequate and passing is easy even when the van is loaded. Fuel economy is decent for a car this size. The sliding middle seats are a nice featuer but when you remove them the track remains on the floor and the surface isn't perfectly fat. The dash uses rather cheap plastics but you stop noticing them after a while. The Honda has a much better dash layout and plastics.
Overall I am very satisfied. I was looking for a van to haul the family around and this fits the bill perfectly with a good reliability history to boost. Just don't expect a sporty SUV....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Cons
- occasional rattle, Paint isn't as hard as a European Finish

Drive an SE Sienna and you will be in mini-van heaven! There is a difference, steering, cornering is superb. It has a hidden Lexus like rear wiper and the tail lights at night are breathtaking. This van draws a crowd.

Likes: Exterior styling, keyless entry, remote engine starter, ottoman lounge seats, dual moonroofs, ambiance light around rear moonroof, dual monitors, power reclining and folding 3rd row seats, power 3rd row windows, sun shades on both 2nd and 3rd rows, backup guidance, parallel park assist, blind spot monitor, automatic vicinity light (interior and side mirrors lights turn on automatically when you approach the van at night), Blizzard Pearl exterior color with chrome trims, polished 18" rims and tinted windows look really nice to me.
Dislikes: Navigation not usable while van is moving, low resolution navi screen, steering feels too light, fake wood on steering wheel, gas mileage (19.5 mpg lifetime average to date), interior noise, engine noise, USB port only for audio (can't play iPad or .avi movies), DVD remote has no volume control, ottoman seats can't recline all the way back, long seat tracks on the floor will eventually trap lots of dirt and impossible to clean up, light gray interior is bad for kids (can't believe Toyota only offers light color interior), cheap plastic dashboard, poor fit and finish, poor ergonomic (can't see/access DVD player when dashboard cupholder is pulled out, USB port and 12v outlet not accessable when you put small trash can on the floor tray).
We test drove Honda odyssey and Nissan Quest as well, decided to purchase Sienna Limited because Sienna, IMO, looks nicer on the outside compared to the other two (although I would rank Odyssey's and Quest's interior higher than Sienna), and it still offers better features and value for comparable price. All 3 of our kids voted for Sienna Limited. Wife voted for Odyssey Touring Elite. Majority wins....read morehide6 out of 7 people found this review helpful.

- No trim specified for this review
- Pros
- Quiet, styling
- Cons
- Cheap interior material, center row track is dirt collector

3 people got in the new Sienna off truck. All 3 left fingerprints on the lt gray door frame. Asked salesman how to clean it, just wipe it down. Cheap material won't hold up IMO. Not going to care wipes or toothbrush to get fingerprints off of door frames! Seat material seemed thin and not comfortable. For a van to have people in it, it's cheaper interior and too lite for kids (or hubby to use)! When compared to Odessey or Quest, it is very noticeable. Fold down seats have too many catch holders of dirt for me to want to brush n vacuum out....read morehide

- Pros
- Looks over the LE, Interior space over any SUV
- Cons
- Gas Mileage
Purchased As New
Last Sienna LE (2006) went 200K miles with nothing other than oil changes and 3 sets of tires.
Buying the 2012 SE was a no brainer. It is the only trim level with a dark interior. Not sure why Toyota does this. 19 inch wheels vs. 17 on the LE may come back to haunt when new ones are needed. Paid about 3K more than a LE would have been....read morehide4 out of 4 people found this review helpful.
