THIS IS A 2003 HONDA REFLEX SCOOTER NOT A CIVIC. THE SCOOTER HAS 295 MILES ON IT AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. IT IS WATER COOLED WITH ELECTRIC START. THE ONLY DAMAGE IS A CRACKED FRONT LEFT TURN SIGINAL HOUSING IT WAS DAMAGES WHILE MOVING IT AROUND IN THE SHOWROOM WAS NOT IN ANY ACCIDENTS!!. THERE IS ALSO A SLIGHT BLEMISH ON THE PAINT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR BOTH AREAS OF DAMAGE ARE NOTED IN THE PICTURES. WE ARE A FAMILY RUN DEALERSHIP THAT HAS SOLD CARS FOR MORE THAN 50 YEARS IN THE NEW BEDFORD,MA AREA. AT RALPH'S AUTO CENTER WE HAVE ON SIGHT BANK FINANCING AND OFFER GE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CONTRACT'S.
