Purchased As New
I was very excited about the EOS when I was looking for a new car. It got great reviews from people and seemed like it was supposed to be good gas milage. Unfortuantely I purchased this car last May and it's been a nightmare. It has incessant rattling from the hard top, the check tire pressure light is always on, and I have had countless other issues with it. It has been in the shop many times and the service specialist told me "convertibles will always have a rattle"! WHAT??? If I was told that during the sales process, I would NEVER have purchased this car!!! They even have a volkswagen specialist for rattles who goes to school for two weeks to learn about rattle, I mean that would tell me there is a problem if you have to have a specialist to deal with it! I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER buy Volkswagen again!!!
