  Pros Fuel economy. Fun factor. Torque. Interior. Basically the car is great.

  Cons No rear license plate holder. You have to put screw into bumper. GAY.

  My second diesel. I have 2006 Dodge Diesel pickup. This little car is fun to drive. Not a gutless little 4 banger. Power through all gears. Torque is a beautiful thing. Interior is excellent. It is a little more then other vehicles but the fun factor is worth it. Almost 7k on the little beast so far. Looking forward to the next couple 100k miles.
  Never thought about a hybrid or Prius. I just was interested in Clean Diesel Technology. Not your parents old 80's diesel. Unlike most folks, I miss the diesel rattle of my Cummins. This V dub is too QUIET....MoreHide

  Pros excellent ride noise level very good gas excellent

  Cons lights could be alittle brighter

  engine noise very quite get 42 mpg in city rides like a bigger car my old car was a 2008 civic this car is far superior try it and you will like it this little golf will impress you its great on gas great smooth ride and its peppy the golf tdi has the whole package i am suprised more people dont buy them...MoreHide

  Bought the car for 3k less than a Prius And after 19 tankfuls of diesel I have never gotten lower than 40 (and gotten as high as 49- for the whole tank) I had to have this car from the first test drive. It was quick and such impressive handling at all speeds. From a driving perspective, if you drive both this car and the Prius there is no comparison- the vw is a much better driving car by far. another feature that sold me on this car is how quiet it is. When you drive the Mazda three you have to keep turning up the volume on the radio because there is so much noise. I talk on my phone in the car and the quiet (and the neat hands free and neat sound system work very well. Another added bonus is not stoping for gas till u hit 700 miles on the trip odometer....MoreHide
