Purchased As New
I test drove a 2010 Mazdaspeed3, Wrx, and a Genesis coupe V6 before purchasing my GTI. I really like the other three but, none of them had the all around package that the GTI offers. The other three had the power advantage over the GTI but I was never impressed with their interior or ride quality. The mazdaspeed3 was quick and nimble, but I REALLY didn't like the exterior. The Wrx was close to taking the cake but the interior was to dull and cheap. The Genesis was definitely the best looking and it was quick, but never felt very refined and its a Hyundai (not a bad thing but nothing to be proud of either). Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and this car is really fun to drive even after 6 months I still look for reasons drive the car somewhere. I fell in love with the interior on this car. The Interior is top notch and the steering wheel looks and feels amazing. the Dynaudio upgrade is definitely worth the extra, it sounds great. As for reliability I have not experience any major issues but there has been an annoying rattle on the driver side window which sounds like the window is loose. If power is what your looking for go with the WRX, but if you want an all around sporty package with good looks and class go with the GTI.
