- Interior, lots of rattles from the door, ocassional electrical problems
although I enjoy driving this car very much I am slowly being tuned off by the annoying problems. This is my first and last VW. I've Driven Honda's, Nissan's and even a Ford Probe all of which have had very few reason to return to the dealership, other than an oil change.
I've had the car a little over 5 months with only putting about 3k miles on it. The doors make an annoying rattle/vibration with the stereo on.
The driver side mirror rattles with the window open and when closing the door. the car has had several different electrical issues. The most serious, the day light running lights have stayed on twice. Only to leave me needing a jump. Tail lights have gone out and back on again, even the clock has not worked at times.
The car has been to the dealer and they did not correct any
of problems. I'm Planning a second trip.
This is the last time I will buy a new Model by any car manufacturuer
