I bought the (s) in May 2009 after 2 week I feel like I’m not will bay this money in this #$%$ then I talk with the salesman and he told me that the (sel) is butter driving stop by and try it and like a stupid I did and I trade it for the (sel) on June 2009 and after one week the care is shaking with the break I went to the dealer and they say everything is good in the end of 2009 the shaking start getting very bad I went to the dealer and they say the router and the break need to be change then in the first half of 2010 the car some time doesn't start I went to the dealer and they say everything is good but it because it’s not a VW car we do not know much about it then in the end of 2010 the same problem and the dealer say it’s the starter and they changed but still the same problem they almost change everything they think about it but I still have the same issue they keep the care almost 3 month after a Period of time i know what does make the car did not start and i fix it by myself and i believe the dealer does not know yet and a lot of staff I’m tired to write about it DO NOT BUY THIS CAR

I've had my SEL for about a month now and absolutely love it. It's different than all the other vanilla vans out there, there is a lot of power and the options are really good.

I traded my limited Freestar on it and before that, I've owned Chrysler and other Ford Minivans. I LOVE Ford minivans while they made them. I also realize Chrysler makes the VW, but the appearance is much better and younger looking and the ride is better than a new Chrysler.

I have nothing negative to say about my purchase whatsoever. If you're in the market for a minivan and don't mind paying a little more. this is the way to go! I have 5 kids ages 19, 17 15. 4 and 2 and we all ride comfortably and with 2 tvs, time moves by quickly and quietly!...read morehide

I don't know if the owners of this model VW are aware that it is made by Chrysler. It says it right on the driver's front door jamb. They don't hide it but they certainly don't say it

I looked at this car when I was looking to buy a dodge's van.First thought it look pretty big,but when I test drove it,I fell in love with.It runs extra smooth,very,very comfortable.Built in Navigation system is very very advance and it compliments the interer of the car.Its leather seats are very sheek and two DVD players give it a very rich look.The back viewing camera helps it reverse parking very comfortable.In the end I love my ROUTAN SE very much.I had a lexus 450 and a infinity truck in the past but Vox-wagon ROUTAN Se is way more luxary at less price.Will recommend it very strongly....read morehide

I bought this car at the end of 2009 with a extended warranty initially the car worked fine the first problem the lights went out, the second problem some other light got out, pay from your pocket, the third problem the rear seat mechanism was not functioning fourth problem the door made noise, fifth problem the console was viberating.
It all started from my second service i told the technician about the viberation he said the console is weak and the tightens it and gives it back to me the problem does not gets solved it starts bcak after a few days. Then the leather near the arm rest get worn the dealer replaced it with a new one almost drove 8000 miles it breaks again some where close to the earlier one, wondering what will be the quality of leather they are using, The viberation of the car still continues at 34000 miles the dealer discovers it is because of the brakes and it has to be replaced and i need to pay for that "What happened to the Warranty also the Extended Warranty it does not work the money went to the dealers pocket. What technician do you have who does not know what the problems are also Volkswagen certifies they as Certified Volkswagen Technicians. You call these guys and leave the message hoping they will call you they will never return your call at Hewlett Volkswagen, GeorgeTown. The head technicians says the rear brake is 3milimeter and later the technician confirms it is only 2 milimeters...read morehide
