  • 2025 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid packs 771 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque from its 4.0-liter V8 and hybrid system.

  • The 2025 Panamera GTS now makes 493 hp, which is a 20-hp bump over the previous Panamera GTS.

  • Both of these new Panamera models are available to order now but are expected to hit dealers in the first quarter of 2025.

Porsche’s Panamera is getting some extra oomph. The 2025 Panamera S E-Hybrid takes the throne as the most powerful Panamera ever with 771 and 737 lb-ft of torque thanks to its turbocharged V8 and hybrid system. Also joining the Panamera lineup for 2025 is a turbocharged V8-powered GTS model.

The Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid takes the same basic bones from the former king of the Panamera, the Turbo E-Hybrid, and squeezes out some more output. The S E-Hybrid’s turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 makes 591 hp on its own, which is a 79-hp bump.

This V8 works with an electric motor in the eight-speed transmission’s bellhousing linked to a 25.9-kWh battery pack, ultimately rocketing the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph.

The Panamera GTS also finds some extra motivation: a 20-hp bump from the 4.0-liter turbocharged V8. The 2025 GTS won’t have the added help of a hybrid system to feed the wheels, but a stout 493 hp is channeled through an eight-speed automatic transmission, enabling a sprint to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds (0.1 seconds quicker than previous model).

Helping Porsche drivers make the most of the Turbo E-Hybrid and this new Turbo S E-Hybrid is the Aerokit, an optional package that comes with new side skirts, airblades, and a carbon-fiber rear diffuser.

Joining these new aero add-ons is an optional set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires to help the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid set a 7:24.17 minute lap around the Nurburgring.

All Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrids come standard with the Porsche Active Ride suspension, which uses hydraulics to control body roll and damping performance at each corner.

As you’d expect from a high-performance Porsche, this won’t come cheap. Porsche says the 2025 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid will start at $228,495. That’s an extra $35,500 on top of the current Turbo E-Hybrid’s base price.

If you don’t want any hybrid system, the Panamera GTS will start at $156,195. Both of these models are on sale now but are scheduled to arrive in the first quarter of 2025.
