An ultra-contemporary home in Powell listed for $4.95 million has been showcased this week on the popular real-estate platform Zillow Gone Wild.

Built in 2011, the 14,500-square-foot home includes an indoor basketball and tennis court, six garages, a saltwater pool, a home theater, an elevator and a dramatic three-story double staircase in a 35-foot-high foyer.

"There's no other house out there like this; it's exquisite," said Tyler Devoll, the Coldwell Banker agent listing the home. "Everything in it is custom."

The two-story home, with a flat roof and Art Deco feel, features marble floors, white walls and minimalist furnishings, which are included in sale of the home. With geothermal heating, a car charging station and solar panels, the home also features plenty of modern technology.

"You can control everything in the house from a cell phone — lights, intercoms, music," Devoll said.

The home includes five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and sits on 2.5 acres. The lower level includes a home theater, wet bar with full kitchen, rec room and more.

"The entire house is perfect for entertaining," Devoll said. "That‘s why it was built that way, with its oversized dining room, a hookah lounge and poker room in the lower level, along with a theater, a ping-pong table and pool table."

Devoll listed the home, on Retreat Lane, in June. The Delaware County Auditor's site does not identify the owner, whom Devoll said wishes to remain anonymous.

This is not the first time Zillow Gone Wild has featured an Ohio home. The platform, which showcases unusual homes around the nation that are listed for sale, highlighted a Scioto River estate with 16 bedrooms and a Celina home that included jail cells over the summer.
