For 2025, the lineup adds a third powertrain—a new front-wheel-drive variant that will arrive by the end of the year. With the 2025 Blazer EV now available to order, Chevy has revealed pricing for the electric mid-size crossover. The FWD model now lowers the Blazer EV's starting price to $45,995.
2025 Blazer EV Pricing
The front-drive Blazer EV produces 220 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque, with the official range figure to be announced closer to its on-sale date. Until that model hits dealership lots, the most affordable Blazer EV is the all-wheel-drive LT trim, which starts at $48,995. That's actually $1200 less than the 2024 model. The rear-drive model, sold in RS trim, opens at $56,990 ($820 more than last year).
The high-performance SS model is also due to finally hit the streets starting in the first quarter of 2025. Pricing for the SS will kick off at $61,995, with the official range figure coming later. In Chevy's "Wide Open Watts" mode, the Blazer EV SS produces 595 horses and 645 pound-feet.
Chevy also announced that the 2025 Blazer EV AWD has improved horsepower, torque, and range figures versus last year. The RWD Blazer EV has better horsepower and range results too. AWD models are now estimated to travel 283 miles on a full charge (a four-mile increase); the RWD models will cruise for 334 miles, a 10-mile improvement. The Blazer EV AWD also gets an extra 12 horsepower for an even 300 ponies and adds 22 pound-feet of torque for a total of 355. Finally, the RWD variant increases output by 25 to 365 ponies.
Chevy also added new options for 2025, with a Midnight and Sport package now offered on the LT and a two-tone roof available on the LT and RS. General Motors' Super Cruise hands-free-driving system also becomes available on the LT and RS AWD and is standard on the SS. The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV continues to qualify for a federal tax credit of up to $7500 for eligible customers.
