Acura Teases ADX SUV in Sporty A-Spec Form
Acura is stepping into the smallest of the small SUV segments with the upcoming ADX, and your first look at the subcompact is here.
It’s not exactly a revealing photo for the single exterior shot, but the new ADX, which was officially teased on Wednesday, will adopt Acura’s signature “chicane” style taillights to match the rest of the lineup. It also has two spoilers, one hanging beyond the roof and another seemingly tacked onto the liftgate where it meets the rear window. Like other Acura models, this one will offer an A-Spec trim as evidenced by the badge directly under the taillight. We know the ADX will be notably smaller than the RDX and “build on the success of the Integra,” so expect a crossover that’s similar in footprint to Acura’s Civic-based liftback.
Three interior photos (seen in the gallery below) provide the first hint at what the ADX’s insides will look like.
Acura says it will offer features like a panoramic moonroof, ventilated seats, and a Bang & Olufsen audio system. All of those will be optional, though, so don’t expect the more basic versions of the SUV to have them all. The photos themselves tease an attractive white and blue two-tone interior that’s likely mated with the sporty A-Spec trim. Plus, Acura offers a glimpse at the audio system with speakers on both the A-pillar and some sneaky roof-mounted ones.
An official debut is expected early next year with a price that’s a good bit lower than the 2025 RDX’s $46,050 starting point.
