The Q5 has always been a strong contender in the competitive compact luxury CUV segment. Stylish, small yet versatile; it offers much in terms of usability, convenience, and efficiency. Big news for 2013 is the addition of the 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 and a hybrid version (Audi's first ever hybrid) capable of 26 mpg combined. New LED daytime running lights and a refreshed gloss black Singleframe grille distinguish the updated model's exterior. Inside you'll find updated leather and trim materials aimed at upping the luxury feel even more. There's a simpler MMI interface and available Audi Connect internet access. You'll be able cool or warm a beverage in the new Thermo Cupholder, too. Buyers with a lot of stuff will like the 29.1 cubic-feet of capacity with the rear seats in their normal position; fold them down to get nearly 60 cubic-feet. Audi also included a new roof rack system that interacts with the Q5's Electronic Stabilization Control. Should the racks' crossbars be affixed, the ESC's computer modifies driving controls to take into account the vehicle's new center of gravity. See more... See Less

Overall
Pros Cons
Handling : it handles like you are one with the car. Navigation/radio controls - take some getting used to
Ride : it rides smoothly and quietly Roof bars. they make wind noise
Outstanding comfort of drivers seating position and controls The sound of the engine while it idles: 2.0 liter engine
Style - i love the lines on the car - luxury & sporty Storage compartments are small and there are not enough
Style - love convertible top with sunroof Cup holders can only hold small cups of coffee, soda etc.
Style - small appearance but roomy interior Rear cup holder : its begging to be snapped off - looks alien.
8- speed auto transmission is excellent - always in correct gear. Nav system - complex manual entry or poor voice recognition - you choose
Amazing power & torque from a 4 - cylinder engine Front door latching / closing requires significant force
Handles the way i like - not too sensitive Side mirrors are too big and block view
Gas mileage / power are exceptional for engine size Rear seats not as comfortable on long trips
