Loud revving, blaring music, raucous behavior – these and other factors have led the owner of the infamous Belltown Hellcat’s apartment complex to file a complaint with the intention to evict. It’s the latest legal battle to plague Miles Hudson as his quest for online fame has landed him in hot water with authorities in Seattle.

The accusations against Hudson boil down to one thing: the management company claims he has violated the terms of his lease agreement and won’t comply after being warned, reports Fox 13 Seattle. It sounds like his neighbors would be overjoyed if he no longer lived there.

That report details out some of the residents’ complaints, most of them regarding noise, and how it’s preventing them from enjoying where they live. If you look at Hudson’s social media accounts, which keep picking up new followers, he seems to revel in plenty of noise and chaos.

With the claim that Hudson has violated at least five rules for the apartment complex included in his rental agreement, Fox 13 says court documents show the management company served him with a “10-day notice to comply with lease or quit premises.” That sounds serious.

This just adds to the growing list of legal problems Hudson faces. After he didn’t appear for a court hearing on July 3, a judge issued a warrant for his arrest. He was also recently ordered to pay about $83,000 in fines to the city of Seattle, that time appearing in court wearing a face mask and sunglasses.

Even though he was ordered by a judge to keep his modified Dodge Charger Hellcat parked until it was deemed street legal, his social media is full of videos seemingly showing him driving on public roads.

The guy has also dealt with multiple domestic violence accusations and is dealing with charges connected to alleged revenge porn and stalking.

He even reportedly had the Hellcat towed after allegedly parking it in a handicap spot at the apartment complex.
