Time was when every hot car ever bought with ill-gotten gains was prone to not just being seized by local police, but painted in the colors of the Drug Abuse Resistance Eductation (D.A.R.E.) program and driven to every nearby school as some kind of promotional scheme. This Viper caught by Jacob Munguia in Plainfield, Ill., a couple of years ago may be the last of the breed; most cash-strapped governments simply prefer to auction any sports cars forfeited into their care.
