The quiet ride - tightness of vehicle. Trunk capacity with batteries for e-assisst
Comfort of driver's seat with lumbar support The view from the driver's seat to the left
Exterior & interior: great looking vehicle A bench seat and a longer arm rest
Rear view camera - very clear and accurate depiction Rear back up camera should be standard for safety.
Navigation system - great graphics and clarity of direction Blind spots. large rear pillar. visibility is low
Interior comfort - seats & quiet ride - very important Tall person hits head getting in car
Styling is excellent - in & out - color combo is great Doors swing back; dont stay open
Driving dynamics - smooth & responsive during various road conditions Head rest in uncomfortable position - too far forward
The buick lacrosse looks & acts like a lexus Driving area is too small for americans
Handling in adverse conditions - car hugs the road and locks on. Seats - too big. i roll around in them; they don't hug body
