Camaro Does A Hit-And-Run Crash With A Drunk Driver

We ran across a story about a hit-and-run car crash out of Los Angeles that’s so bizarre, it had to either come out of there or Florida. It involves a Camaro driver causing another driver who was drunk to crash into several parked cars, the Camaro then fleeing the scene.
Watch a C7 Corvette Z06 hug a tree.
Usually it’s the drunk driver causing crashes, so this story is just weird. What’s even stranger is that Los Angeles Police say the victim was driving on the wrong side of the street, yet the drunk driver is still considered the victim. Yet that person was arrested for driving drunk.
As KCAL reports, the Camaro pulled into the road in front of the drunk driver. The Camaro didn’t hit the drunk driver’s car or any other vehicle in the footage.
However, that caused the intoxicated person to swerve, their vehicle hitting several others parked on the side of the road. Not only was the victim arrested, they also suffered serious injuries in the wreck.
Yet they’re referred to as the victim in the report on the crash. Why? That’s a great question.
The report also refers to the Camaro as a sedan. Up is down, left is right, black is white, etc. Nothing makes sense anymore, welcome to the City of Angels.
Police are trying to find the Camaro driver, probably to cite them for something. The surveillance footage of the crash, which we’ve shared in the KCAL report, is pretty blurry so we can’t really tell what happened.
If we had to guess, which we do considering, the other driver failed to look before pulling out into the road. Perhaps they were intoxicated as well? That would be ironic, two intoxicated drivers, one causing the other to crash, then fleeing the scene.
