The Dodge Durango Hellcat may be a collectable already but at the rate criminals are going they’ll ensure values rise dramatically. Yet another one has been stolen, then used as a getaway car after burglars hit a pharmacy in Beverly Hills, California recently.

See how a stolen Crown Vic stacks up against modern police cars.

After breaking into Pharmacy 90210, the burglars tore out of the area as police responded in less than two minutes. They had the right vehicle to get away in a hurry, thanks to that supercharged Hemi, leading Bevely Hills police in a high-speed chase.

The burglars evaded officers completely and a helicopter was called in to track the muscle crossover as it made its way through downtown Los Angeles and then to the southern end of the city.

At some point, the driver blacked out the Hellcat, or turned off the lights. But it’s a big white crossover and they were in a well-lit city, so that doesn’t really work. These are the geniuses breaking into pharmacies in the middle of the night.

Probably realizing they were being tracked from the air, they eventually went back to the downtown and ditched the Dodge, the suspects all scattering on foot in different directions. At least two were eventually caught. Police aren’t saying what was stolen from the pharmacy, but you probably have a pretty good idea of what the burglars were after.

As the biggest Hellcats keep catching the attention of criminals, since they can get all their buddies and contraband inside with plenty of room, these Durangos will by nature become more valuable for those who can hang onto them and also not crash the Dodge themselves.

In the meantime, if we owned one of these we would be installing some serious aftermarket security measures on it. If you know, you know.
