Last week, Costco quietly introduced a new 4.5-pound pie to their bakery. This week, it appears another item is popping up on those sweet shelves. But this item is not brand new. No, this is a fan favorite coming back to shelves after a long-awaited return.

This item is so delicious, we've written about it several times before. It's Costco's Pull-A-Part Cinnamon Rolls. Each time the item leaves for an indeterminate hiatus, it's met with huge fanfare and excitement upon its return.

We were first alerted to its return on the Instagram account @costcohotbuys and on Costco's dedicated Reddit forum. Commenters expressed the same level of excitement, with comments ranging from, "Yay!!!! They were gone for waaaay too long!," on Instagram to, "My wife said they are the best store-bought cinnamon rolls she’s had," on Reddit.

So what's so good about them? Cinnamon rolls are not a hard sell by any means, but what you have to understand about these is just how plush and decadent they are. They're thick, fluffy sweet rolls layered with cinnamon-sugar filling, baked together in an aluminum tray so that they rise up nice and high. The frosting is an extra-thick, tangy creamy cheese frosting that balances out the sweet-but-not-too-sweet cinnamon rolls.

And, priced at just $6.99 for a whopping 12 rolls, they're a no-brainer add-to-cart for us.

There's no wrong way to enjoy these, but—as many Reddit users have noted—the best way might be to throw the entire tray into a warm oven for a few minutes before serving. The filling gets all gooey, the dough becomes soft and pliable, and the frosting melts slightly into the rolls, making them just a little sweeter.

They're just as good, if not better, than homemade, and once warmed, you could fool anyone in to thinking you made them from scratch.
