Fans react on Twitter during Dolphins vs. Bears in Week 9
The Miami Dolphins were able to secure their sixth victory of the season on Sunday, as they defeated the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field, 35-32.
Miami’s offense was humming for good portions of the game, as they were held without points on only three possessions, and one of them was a missed field goal from just 29 yards out.
Josh Boyer’s defensive unit struggled to keep up with Justin Fields and company, as the quarterback set a single-game, regular-season record for rushing yards by a quarterback.
Here’s how the Dolphins fans on social media reacted to the battle:

First bad throw Tua’s thrown all game, but in the most in opportune time. Need the defense to do it’s job for one time this game.
— Matt Thornberry (@MattThornberry3) November 6, 2022
Tua really has a hard time with throwing it deep

I’ve aged a month today.
6-3
— Jason Sarney (@Jason_Sarney) November 6, 2022
The Dolphins defense is so bad that Justin Fields set a new NFL record against us, most rushing yards in a game by a QB. Still got the W though, 6-3. This defense needs some serious help though man #FinsUp

So Tua has kind of an off game from an optics perspective, and it looks like this:
70% competition
300 yards
3 TDs
0 Ints
135.7 Qb ratingYeah folks, he’s the guy #FinsUp

The AFC East is really up for grabs, isn’t it? There is NO ROOM for error, Miami. Make no mistake, we needed this game today, and we’re going to have to win a great deal of our remaining schedule. The playoffs start NOW. #Finsup
— Michael Gura (@MichaelGura4) November 6, 2022
Tyreek was on fire today! And props to Jeff Wilson Jr for getting decent yardage and a TD on his first game with the Dolphins! 6-3! #FinsUp
— Kyle Roberts (@Ky1e91) November 6, 2022
Dolphins squeeked by with that win Tua had a great game with only a couple bad throws but only throws not decisions. Sanders needs to shape up quick and boyer needs to figure it out or needs to be replaced we have too good of a defense to be in close games like this. #finsup
