Florida Woman Throws Cinderblocks In Road Rage Fight

Florida is one of the wildest places in the US. We’re not sure if it’s all the meth-addled alligators or something else in the water, but not only is the Florida Man phenomenon real, so is Florida Woman. The latest in the ongoing saga of Florida Woman involves one such female hurling cinder blocks at another driver after hitting the victim’s car with her own.

This might actually be one of the more normal Florida Woman stories we’ve seen recently, even though it’s a bizarre tale. Everything started in the parking lot of a North Fort Myers, Florida Publix grocery juts before 9 pm on December 2 store when 54-year-old Patricia Momaney backed into the victim’s car with hers, then took off, says Fox 35.

The unnamed man gave chase after Momaney reportedly fled the scene. He also called police. We don’t recommend chasing after someone who hits your car since that can go terribly wrong.

In a residential area, both drivers stopped their cars and got out. We imagine a lot of words were exchanged, then Momaney reportedly grabbed three cinder blocks from a yard and threw them at the man. One of them hit him in the shin, the others missing.

To stop her from fleeing again, the man put cinder blocks in front of the front tires of Momaney’s car, which you can see in the picture. She apparently didn’t realize backing up would’ve been a solution and so fled on foot while wearing high heels. Florida Woman.

Police later caught up with Momaney and were able to determine the attack was completely random. In other words, this Florida Woman just hit a stranger’s car, took off, then threw cinder blocks at the guy. The report does state police found her to be “extremely intoxicated” at some man’s house, but it isn’t clear if she was intoxicated during the exchange starting in the Publix parking lot.
