Gallery: Volvo EM90 Minivan Photos
Volvo has revealed a new minivan called the EM90. It is a battery-electric vehicle and will likely only be sold in China. Rear-seat comfort and space are the utmost priority, but Volvo's design language is prominently displayed on the exterior.
The EM90 features Volvo's "Thor's Hammer" headlight design up front.
At the rear, vertically oriented taillights also impart a classically Volvo design theme.
The EM90 comes standard with a 116.0-kWh battery pack.
Volvo claims a driving range of 459 miles according to Chinese testing procedures.
The interior features a 15.4-inch touchscreen and a digital gauge cluster.
Volvo says that the infotainment system display features updated graphics compared with current models.
Lounge-style second-row seats are available and have extendable footrests.
The second row of seats is the focus, but there's also a third row to provide six-passenger capacity.
