If you think Georgia State Patrol takes it easy on fleeing motorcycles, this dashcam footage of a Honda CBR running from a trooper proves otherwise.

Watch a stolen Ford Bronco roll right over a police car.

All it took to catch this trooper’s attention was the Honda CBR rider performing an improper lane change. But as the trooper prepared to perform a legal traffic stop, the rider turned around, saw he was in trouble, and took off.

Speeding down two-lane country roads, the motorcyclist tries using the maneuverability of his bike to stay ahead of his pursuer. He blows through stop signs, splits between cars going opposite directions, and risks it all to get away.

And for a bit he seems to be making good on his goal. However, the guy isn’t as skilled of a rider as he seems to believe. With the trooper receiving some great training on driving in a pursuit situation, he’s able to keep gaining with almost every turn.

Desperate to get away, the rider takes his bike through a dirt lot, which isn’t a wise move. That allows the trooper to gain on him faster. Probably panicking, the guy doesn’t let up on the throttle when his tires transition onto the pavement again and he eats it hard.

Even on the ground, his motorcycle of no use, the guy still won’t comply with the trooper’s orders. He deploys his taser and it’s a direct hit as you can clearly hear while the rider howls in pain. Funny how Mr. Tough Guy suddenly becomes a baby with a little bit of electricity introduced to his nervous system.

The trooper has choice words for the suspect after the tasing, making him get on his stomach before he’s cuffed and stuffed into a cruiser’s backseat. Don’t run from Georgia State Patrol on your bike or in your car: troopers don’t play nice with little scofflaws.
