With space for seven or eight passengers, the GMC Acadia can handle the family. GMC's first crossover SUV is sold as SLE, SLT, and Denali models. Standard features include a rearview camera, stability control, and up to 5200 pounds of towing capacity. The second row can be equipped with a pair of captain's chairs (7-passenger) or a three-seat bench (8-passenger). GMC Smart Slide, which provides easy access to the third row and allows the second-row seats to slide forwards and backwards, is also part of the package. Cargo volume ranges from 24.1 to 115.9 cubic feet, depending on how many rows of seats are folded. Safety technology like Side Blind Zone Alert and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are available. Up to seven airbags can deploy in the event of an accident; the customary frontal, front side, and side curtain airbags are supplemented by a unique front center air bag. The Acadia Denali is fully decked out with a luxury atmosphere, power tilting/telescoping steering wheel, restyled front and rear bumpers, a special acoustic package for a quieter cabin, and more. A 288-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 sends power through a 6-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is the norm but all-wheel drive can be selected. See more... See Less

Overall Rating
Pros Cons
Very good interior space & usable 3rd row Gas mileage - not what sticker said but not unexpected either
Quieter & better ride than bmw x5 Way too many blind spots and dvd screen blocks rear view.
Color combo, exterior & interior Navigation: hard to input what you want
Comfort of a minivan, look of an suv We are used to stow & go. we lose 20-25% of that availability
Gas mileage is reasonable for a vehicle of this size Need more adjustments on front passenger seat
Vehicle performance in bad weather is excellent Dont like that door alarm is not on actual key
Ease of getting in / out of vehicle: passengers and cargo No hooks above the rear doors to hang a jacket or mount a granny bar
Lumbar support & seat adjustability is good for me-a tall person! Functionality of 2nd row bucket seats to move easily
- Stereo: i feel it doesn't go that loud. i'm a music person
Cross rails - wish there were criss crossed roof rails
