Two years after the production Volkswagen ID. Buzz made its European debut and more than a year after the American-spec van was first revealed, VW has finally revealed pricing and range estimates for its retro EV. Rear-wheel drive Pro S models will start at $59,995 and pack an EPA-estimated range of 234 miles.

Rear-wheel drive examples can be had in the basic Pro S trim, optioned up to Pro S Plus for $63,495, or bought a limited First Edition for $65,495. For an extra $3500, Pro S Plus and First Edition models are also offered in all-wheel drive spec. First Edition models come with a panoramic glass roof standard, a $1495 option available for Pro S Plus cars. All-wheel drive examples have a slightly more limited range of 231 EPA-estimated miles.

Additionally, the brand has announced two interior color options alongside the original white and orange two-tone interior shown when the American car debuted. The first is an orange-and-black two-tone that Volkswagen calls "Copper." The other option is called "Moonlight," a similar two-tone with a burgundy-like shade of brown in place of the orange primary color. Captain's chair rear seats are standard on all-wheel-drive models, although rear-wheel drive Pro S Plus buyers can option them for $695.

Standard Pro S rear-wheel drive models will be available only with the "Moonlight" and "Copper" interior options, which Volkswagen calls "Color Worlds." Customer ID. Buzz options should reach dealers by the end of 2024.
