Style, exclusivity, and performance -- the XF has it all. Needless to say, there's a boatload of British luxuriousness included in this Jag's asking price as well. The XF range consisting of three models -- the XF, XF Supercharged, and XFR -- offers three engine types: a turbocharged inline-four cylinder, supercharged V-6 (rear- and all-wheel drive), and supercharged V-8 (470- and 510-horsepower outputs). Only the XF with a supercharged V-6 can be had with the brand's Instinctive All-Wheel Drive system. Jump up to the XF Supercharged to get hood louvers with "Supercharged" emblems, quad exhaust, high-performance exhaust, 20-inch wheels, upgraded leather, and available Meridian sound system. The highest XFR adds an even more aggressive aerodynamic package, black grille, 20-inch wheels, and performance brakes. Opt for the Black Pack if you want blacked-out window frames, grilles, and wheels, plus red brake calipers. You'll also want the Speed Pack with an uprated top speed (174 mph), unique front splitter, and trunk spoiler. Heavily bolstered sport seats, revised double-stitching, aluminum pedals, and piano black trim comes with the Sport Interior Pack. Of course, buyers can select boxes next to such amenities as Adaptive Dynamics (adjustable damping), Servotronic steering, adaptive cruise control and headlights, and two Meridian sound packages. Overall
Pros Cons
Engine power-the car moves effortlessly Fuel economy--mileage should be better.
Smooth ride--unbeatable ride quality Seat comfort-seat bottom bolsters too hard.
Engine - loads of smooth power Seats don't move back when door opens
The service + care i received at jaguar of great neck. Road conditions, vibration, transmitted through suspension
Style - best looking car in market Doors need auto-closing vs. slamming
Performance - handles very well and power when you need it. Rear visibility from driver's seat; poor gas mileage
Interior / exterior styling - in a class of its own I understand it's a sports car, but would like smooth ride
Outstanding acceleration when passing & sticks to road Blind spot on side of car, looking out rear passenger window
Love the keyless feature & handsfree phone Tightness of car - car squeaks when over bumps
Style is awesome, love the grille Tires are the new narrow-wall run-flat: ride is hard.
