As a benchmark for handling since its introduction in the early 90's, the MX-5 Miata has stayed true to its simple formula. Powered by 2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine, the two-seat roadster isn't the fastest car on the road, but with its light weight and perfect balance it very well may be the most fun. The base motor carries throughout the range, but the standard 5-speed manual turns into a 6-speed for anything other than the Sport model and automatics are equipped with paddle shifters. Standard 16-inch alloy wheels are upgraded to 17-inchers on Club and Grand Touring models, though the Clubs wheels are gunmetal. For the barebones weekend warrior the Sport has basic amenities like cloth upholstery, halogen headlights and a black vinyl roof. The Club model gains a shock tower brace, a front air damn, a rear diffuser and various Club-specific styling cues. For the daily driven MX-5, the Grand Touring trim equipped with the Power Retractable Hard Top includes heated leather seats, automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and Bose audio system. Hard top convertible -top operates easily, insulates noise & temperature well Trunk is too small / limited cargo space

Paddle shifters on steering wheel is a fantastic feature Rough ride - but it is a low to ground vehicle
Style - zoom zoom, baby: it is fun. Loose in higher speed turns - wider tires will help
Driving experience - handles great, corners well, for 4 cylinder engine it's quiet Lumbar support is very poor & non adjustable
Inteiror - quality seats, well thought out design Stereo should sound more immersive. it's too front oriented.
Vehicle exterior - great designed sports car Totally impractical, but sports cars aren't supposed to be practical
Wanted sports car - this meets my desires Noise - road and engine noise could be lower
