UPDATE: Holland man succumbs to injuries after motorcycle crash
HOLLAND TWP. — A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle crash in Holland Township on Thursday, May 12.
Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher Nagle, of Holland, was transferred to a local hospital in critical condition Thursday, after deputies from the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office responded to a car-versus-motorcycle crash just after 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Lakewood Boulevard and North Park Drive in Holland Township.
Nagle died shortly after his arrival at the hospital, OSCO said in an updated release Friday morning.

Nagle was traveling eastbound on Lakewood when a 66-year-old Southgate woman traveling westbound in a Jeep Grand Cherokee attempted to turn left at North Park Drive. Nagle was passing through the intersection, and was struck.
Nagle was wearing a helmet, OCSO said. The driver of the Jeep suffered minor injuries and was also transported to a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing, but drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors at this time.
Just over a year ago, 26-year-old Trent Payne of Zeeland was killed while driving a motorcycle near the same intersection.
