Naked Iowa Man Does A Carjacking

It’s bad enough that someone would run around an urban area naked, but it’s even worse when that person assaults someone and steals their car. As the old saying goes, never fight naked, something a Des Moines, Iowa man’s mother obviously never taught him.
Corvette owner narrowly escapes truck assault by nude man.
That man, Tyler Johnson, was caught in cellphone video footage running around the city completely nude at around 3:30 am earlier this week. Likely the person started filming because they thought it was weird to see a naked jogger. But things suddenly took a bad turn.
The man is on the other side of the road when he stops and sees the people standing there watching him. That’s when he turns and runs toward them as at least one woman starts screaming. Having that kind of reaction to such a situation is completely reasonable.
As the camera pans over, we see another man is sitting in a car with the driver’s door open. That’s when Johnson leaps through the door, over the driver, and into the passenger seat. If we were sitting in our vehicle and suddenly a naked guy was in it, we’d have a more violent reaction than this guy did.
Instead of forcing Johnson out, the driver himself climbs out of the vehicle as the two appear to have a verbal confrontation. A woman can be heard screaming even louder at this point, probably realizing something bad is going to happen.
And it does. The owner punches Johnson in the face, but he starts the car, puts it in reverse, and knocks the owner over with the open door before driving off. Thankfully that man wasn’t seriously hurt, but he could have been or even worse.
According to local station KCCI, the vehicle was located later, after Johnson crashed it into a tree. He was still reportedly inside, naked as the day he was born. We would get a thorough interior detailing if that were our ride.
