It is the first time that CCTV, China’s leading state-owned network group, remakes a Korean show. Starry Production, the Chinese production company behind “The Voice of China,” will also be involved.
The three parties will sign a letter of intent and hold a production presentation in Shanghai today (March 18).
The first season of the Chinese “Infinite Challenge” is known to consist of 12 episodes and will air in CCTV’s primetime Sunday 8pm slot from October.
