Every year the World Rally Championship (WRC) visits Germany, and every year, we're treated to some of the best rally action of the summer. This time around was no different. In fact, the cars look faster than ever. Here, see for yourself.

Rally Deutschland happened last weekend, and unsurprisingly, it was full of sideways AWD hatchbacks and insanely quick flybys. There were plenty of jumps, close calls, and crashes too.

Of course, one of the coolest ways to watch WRC events is from inside the car, and fortunately for us, the Hyundai Motorsport team uploaded a clip of driver Thierry Neuville tackling one of the tarmac stages. It gives you an idea of just how much speed is carried through the corners, and how much trust the driver puts in his co-driver's pace notes.

We can't wait until next year to watch the action unfold all over again.
