With the summer months clearly in the rearview, General Motors has finally pulled the cover off of the 2023 C8 Corvette Z06 . Thanks to a race-derived chassis, a new 5.5-liter flat-plane V-8 engine, and some serious aero, the new Z06 promises to be the most extreme take on the nameplate yet. Thankfully for the Corvette faithful, GM has also released a visualizer tool for the improved sports car, giving us all a chance to spec the 670-hp American beast to our liking.

As fans of the C8 Corvette Stingray might recall, these visualizer tools from GM lack some of the information you'd expect to come with a full configurator. More specifically, GM has not released any pricing information on the Z06 yet, nor has it specified all of the available content coming to the car. That doesn't mean this isn't a useful tool however, especially for those hoping to nail down the appearance of their next big purchase.

Like with the former Stingray visualizer, customers have the opportunity to start their Z06 build in either coupe or convertible form. From there, GM gives customers 11 different exterior paint options to choose from, including highlight such as Silver Flair Metallic, Amplify Orange Tint, and Caffeine Metallic. The Z06 coupe can also be ordered with a roof panel in one of three finishes: body color, visible carbon fiber, or transparent. Convertible customers also have three options to choose from: body color, carbon accented nacelles, or a full carbon-finished roof.

The C8 Z06 visualizer also gives us a look at all six of the aluminum wheel options available on both coupe and convertible models. If maximum performance is more your speed, GM also offers a set carbon fiber wheels in both visible weave and black finishes. Carbon ceramic brakes provided by Brembo are also available regardless of which wheel option is selected. Unfortunately, the visualizer doesn't allow customers to try out the various aerodynamic packages offered f0r the Z06.
